I came in to purchase product. I was greeted when I walked in and then was helped by a very kind stylist. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized and clean the product shelves were. What I needed was in stock (I love the Paul Mitchel tea tree product line) and the checkout process was simple. She thanked me for coming in and invited me back. Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience.

Tai was great! She did a nice job on my haircut. The MVP experience was excellent! 10 out of 10. Would recommend.
