I brought my grandson for a haircut and the stylist was pushy asking me for my grandson's phone number. I told her I already had a profile and wanted to just use mine but she kept insisting and then acted rude when I wouldn't give her my grandson's phone number. Then after my grandson showed her a pic of the cut he wanted, she continued to ask him what to do...um, he isn't a stylist. So she gave him a buzz cut on the sides, which was not in the picture, and left his hair too long on top. When I asked her to blend it in a little on the sides so there wasn't a bump because his hair is curly, she started arguing with me. I told her please just blend it on the sides a little so there isn't a bump...she would not stop arguing. I finally told her I would take him somewhere else. I have never ever been treated like this by a stylist in my life. Bad for business, and a horrible hair cut.

I got a hair cut on 10/17/2020 in 700 sleater Kinney rd se, olympia wa. Leah B gave me a haircut in this day. She was very professional, friendly and provided good service. I will go to this store again.

Salon was clean, staff was friendly. Check-in system is easy and slick. Leah was friendly and did a fine job. I gave three stars because they are overpriced for a buzz cut compared to other places in town. If they want to stay competitive in with buzz cuts, they need to lower their prices considerably.
